Our People

  • Ben Fouche  |  CEO

Ben holds an MBA from Bond University in Australia and majored in Entrepreneurship and Finance. He has been an entrepreneur all his life and, somehow, enjoys the ups and downs of operating a business. In his free time, Ben likes to think of ways to beat his business competition. Yes, this might be boring but it works. Ben came to New Zealand in 2016 with his wife Christel, children Dante and Ben, and a miniature German Schnauzer called Oscar.

Grant is also Chaplain to the SkyCity NZ Breakers Basketball club, who have won the Australian NBL Championship four times in his tenure as Chaplain. Coincidence? He thinks not! Junie has been with WindsorCreative since it opened for commercial business in 2013 and has been given the task of managing Windsor Park Hub's design studio in 2015. He brings with him more than two decades of experience in the graphic design industry having worked in a design studio, public relations company, and most recently heading up the in-house design team of a Philippine snack food manufacturing conglomerate. Shifting from the corporate world into a faith-based social enterprise gave Junie a more purposeful meaning to his craft. The Windsor Park 'Group'

Along with Windsor Park Hub Limited are three other entities—Windsor Park Baptist Church, Equip Trust, and Windsor Park Lifecare Trust—that make up what we call the Windsor Park 'Group' with Windsor Park Baptist Church being its core. These social enterprises and non-profits are Windsor Park Baptist Church's response to meet the specific needs of the community and marketplace with the common vision to build stronger communities by putting faith into action.

Windsor Park Baptist Church

Windsor Park Baptist Church is a member of the Baptist Union of New Zealand and is governed by a team of Elders who are elected at our AGM by those who are formal members of Windsor Park. The Elders are responsible for the overall governance and spiritual oversight of all Windsor Park activities.

Windsor Park Baptist Church fully acknowledges that Jesus is the primary leader of this community, but 'on the ground' operations are under the direction of their Senior Pastor, Grant Harris, who leads and empowers a diverse staff team who in turn are empowered to recruit and equip (Ephesians 4:12) teams of volunteers to undertake all the ministry functions of Windsor Park, making us a grass-roots-up organisation.

Equip Trust

The Equip Trust was established more than a quarter of a century ago as a ministry of Windsor Park Baptist Church to be a Christian response to the needs of people struggling with mental health challenges. Equip provides an innovative model of care, effective support and education in the greater Auckland region.

Its mission is to provide sustainable solutions for healthy living with a vision to support people to grow by providing high quality services that meet needs and exceed expectations.

Windsor Park Lifecare Trust

The Windsor Park Lifecare Trust is a faith-based organisation providing support and care services that meet the needs of people—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. They achieve this through their three core services—Power Up (a divorce and separation recovery programme for kids), CAP Debt Centre, and Christian Counselling Centre.
